UK mainland delivery — free
Free standard delivery on all items to the UK mainland, sent via DPD. Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse and most mainland customers receive their order within 1–3 business days.
UK Islands, Highlands and Northern Ireland
A courier surcharge applies to these areas. It is calculated automatically at checkout once you enter your delivery address, so you will always see the exact cost before paying.
International and EU delivery
We ship internationally by arrangement. Orders outside the UK are typically sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means duties and import taxes are settled before delivery and there is nothing further to pay on arrival. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address.
Collection
We are an online-only business. Our warehouse and workshop at Suton Farm is not open to the public and orders cannot be collected in person.
