30-day returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
If you change your mind
Non-faulty items can be returned within the 30-day window. Return postage is paid by the customer, and items should reach us in their original condition.
If an item is faulty or damaged
If anything arrives faulty or damaged in transit, Coban Guitars covers the return postage, or sends replacement parts or a replacement kit immediately. Contact us and we will put it right.
12-month guarantee
All our kits and hardware carry a 12-month guarantee against manufacturing defects.
How to start a return
Email admin@cobanguitars.co.uk with your order number and a short description of the problem, including photographs if the item is damaged.
As part of the distance selling regulations customers are entitled to return items up to seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which the customer receives the goods. Coban Guitars also offers a 14 day money back guarantee. Claims for goods must be made known to the company within 14 days of receipt, unless Coban Guitars decides to accept a reasonable time period within the interest of the buyer, purely at Coban Guitars decision. Products must be returned to the company at the buyers expense within a further 10 days of making a claim to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. Any items deemed to be faulty from manufacture and not from misuse or buyer negligence will be allowed exchange or refund. Any goods deemed to be not ‘as described’, not ‘of satisfactory quality’ or not ‘fit for purpose’ will qualify for an exchange or refund within the reasonable time period given, after which the buyer will be deemed to have accepted goods.
